FP&A Analyst (Maternity Cover)

Job Description

Rimes, a provider of enterprise data management solutions, is seeking a highly motivated FP&A Analyst for a maternity cover position in Nicosia, Cyprus. This role offers the opportunity to fast-track career development within a dynamic, private equity-backed organization. The FP&A Analyst will partner with stakeholders to aggregate data into actionable insights and gain exposure to the C-suite executive team.

What this role involves:

• Supporting C-suite executives and operational management in achieving growth and efficiency objectives.
• Assisting with the annual budget and monthly forecasts for ACV, revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow.
• Developing and maintaining KPI dashboards and operational reports.
• Preparing board reports with insightful commentary on business performance drivers.
• Participating in strategic and mid-term planning, including financial modeling.
• Contributing to the M&A Task Force, including due diligence and integration planning.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with big 4 training.
• Excel proficiency with the ability to analyze large datasets.
• Experience with data manipulation tools (Alteryx, PowerQuery, SQL).
• Strong communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
• Commercial awareness and business acumen.
• High EQ and agility to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with TMT clients and/or Private Equity investors.
• Experience with subscription-based, recurring revenue businesses.
• Knowledge of ACV/ARR, SaaS metrics, and key concepts.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and a team player.
