Job Description
Convera is seeking a Portfolio Sales Manager to drive revenue, retention, and growth within its SME portfolio in West Palm Beach, FL. This role involves engaging with existing customers to identify opportunities for expansion and ensuring customer satisfaction. Convera is the largest non-bank B2B cross-border payments company in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving revenue targets through retention and sales.
- Executing outbound engagement using data to identify opportunities.
- Onboarding and nurturing new clients onto platforms.
- Promoting a self-service model to clients.
- Managing a portfolio of clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Utilizing data analytics to target cross/upsell opportunities.
- Conducting regular account reviews for key customers.
- Working with marketing to develop retention campaigns.
- Maintaining detailed records in the CRM system.
- Supporting middle office teams with customer queries.
- Acquiring additional customers through marketing leads.
- Delivering product demonstrations and explaining features.
- Following up with leads and managing customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales and account management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Experience in the payments industry or financial services/fintech is beneficial.
