- Supervising and mentoring Field Credit Officers
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow the loan portfolio
- Monitoring and analyzing portfolio performance
- Ensuring adherence to credit policies and procedures
- Preparing and presenting portfolio performance reports
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in lending, credit, or portfolio management
- 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in credit risk analysis and financial analysis
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial sector
- Proven track record in managing and growing a loan portfolio
- Must be resident in Zamfara state
