Wellhub is seeking a Facilities Analyst to join their team in CDMX. This role is crucial for maintaining a welcoming and productive work environment for Wellhub employees in the Argentina location. The Facilities Analyst will be the main point of contact for office employees and vendors, guiding employees, coordinating requests, and addressing operational needs.
The role involves on-site presence to ensure a clean and comfortable office environment and supporting remote locations to ensure all processes and tools are in place. The Facilities Analyst will also be the focal point for events, communicating with the broader EA team to ensure local on-site support.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a welcoming & productive work environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or other support-related functions.
