Job Description
Xometry is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Senior Product Analyst to enhance its technology. This role involves leveraging data to optimize product performance, drive strategic decisions, and improve user experience through testing. The analyst will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and machine learning scientists.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of product usage and user behavior.
- Design, implement, and manage A/B tests and other experiments.
- Analyze experiment results using statistical methods.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish tracking mechanisms.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize experiment results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product improvements.
- Communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Contribute to the development of experimentation methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
- Proven experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests.
- Solid understanding of statistical significance and hypothesis testing.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Looker is desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
