Job Description
VTEX is seeking a Field Software Engineer to serve as the primary interface between the company and its customers. This role is technology-driven and focuses on developing solutions to recurring customer problems through ticket resolution and platform investigation. The Field Software Engineer will improve the area and customer-company relationship.

Responsibilities:
  • Guiding clients on the best usage of the VTEX platform.
  • Identifying the context of client requests.
  • Developing solutions to recurring customer problems.
  • Investigating the platform’s technical scenarios.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Tech & math mindset.
  • Digital commerce experience (preferred).
  • Advanced English knowledge (preferred).
  • Familiarity with frontend development.
  • Based in Medellin, Colombia.
  • Ability to attend the office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday).
