Job Description
VTEX is seeking an Account Executive to represent the company and manage the sales process for VTEX Ads. This role involves generating new sales opportunities and managing existing ones from various sales channels. The Account Executive will oversee the entire sales cycle, from strategy design to closing deals. They must possess technical knowledge of VTEX Ads to effectively demonstrate the solution to prospects.
The Account Executive will be part of a new team, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of ecommerce media. VTEX Ads is the largest Retail Media consolidator in Latin America, offering end-to-end support for advertisers and retailers. The Retail Media Network provides a 360º solution for managing onsite, offsite, and in-store campaigns, leveraging AI-driven models.
Role involves:
- Managing a portfolio of clients (agencies and direct advertisers)
- Prospecting, negotiating, and closing partnerships with advertisers and agencies
- Translating marketing needs into solutions using the retail media portfolio
- Keeping the CRM system (Pipedrive and Salesforce) up to date
- Identifying market trends and contributing to the improvement of commercial offerings
- Strengthening the company’s positioning as a retail media leader
Requirements:
- Previous experience in media sales or marketing solutions
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Business-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Ability to navigate across different stakeholders
- Strong storytelling and commercial pitch skills
- Analytical and goal-oriented mindset
- Solid understanding of the digital media ecosystem and retail/consumer dynamics
- Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
