Precision for Medicine is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II/Senior Clinical Research Associate to join their team. This is a fully remote position based in Romania. • Monitoring clinical studies at investigative sites.
• Ensuring studies are conducted according to protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulations.
• Coordinating activities to set up and monitor studies.
• Identifying investigators and assisting with regulatory submissions.
• Conducting pre-study and initiation visits.

Requirements:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of CRA experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
• Oncology experience is desirable but not essential.
• Availability for domestic travel (50-60%).
• Fluency in Romanian and English.
