Job Description
Darktrace, a global leader in cyber security AI, is seeking a Sales Director to lead its SMB sales team. The Sales Director will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and motivating a high-producing sales team to generate revenue opportunities. This role involves assisting in recruiting, staffing, and training, as well as formulating and executing monthly and quarterly sales plans. The Sales Director will also support the sales team with client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, and drive ongoing process improvements.Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 3+ years leading a sales team of full-cycle AE’s.
  • 3-4 years of software sales experience.
  • Experience driving performance management.
  • Success in forecasting, territory account mapping, and discovery meetings.
  • Expert SaaS industry knowledge (cyber security preferred).
