Job Description
Ping Identity is seeking a Customer Success Outcome Manager. In this role, the individual will actively engage customers to understand adoption and sentiment, analyze data to identify trends and risks, and position IAM solutions as business enablers. They will align IAM features with customer security strategies, manage customer needs, and build trust-based relationships. The Customer Success Outcome Manager will also advocate for customer needs, develop success plans, and demonstrate insights into customers' businesses.Role involves:
  • Engaging customers through check-ins and business reviews
  • Analyzing support cases and customer interactions
  • Creating structured reporting for internal teams
  • Positioning IAM solutions as business enablers
  • Building trust-based relationships with customers
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of customer-facing experience
  • Experience with SFDC, Gainsight, or equivalent CRM systems
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships
  • High technical aptitude
  • Problem-solving skills
