Job Description
The Quality Group (TQG), home to the successful brands ESN and More Nutrition, is seeking a Head of B2B Shopper Marketing to lead and execute their shopper-centric retail strategy. This role involves designing how brand, sales, and retail converge from the perspective of professional buyers, focusing on point-of-sale impact, cross-channel brand presence, and data-driven decision-making. The Head of B2B Shopper Marketing will lead a team and guide external partners with strategic foresight and operational excellence.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a holistic B2B shopper marketing strategy.
  • Lead and develop the shopper marketing team.
  • Design and execute integrated POS campaigns and retail media activations.
  • Translate shopper and customer insights into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Brand, Trade Marketing, Category Management, and Operations.
  • Manage creative, display, and media agencies.
  • Define KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and continuously optimize for impact and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in shopper, trade, or retail marketing, ideally with a B2B focus.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and developing people.
  • Understanding of how professional buyers make decisions.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing cross-channel campaigns, POS concepts, and retail media strategies.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
