Job Description
MiQ is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support two C-suite executives in New York City. This role involves managing complex schedules, streamlining operations, and supporting key initiatives. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted gatekeeper, ensuring priorities are managed with efficiency and discretion.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing executive-level administrative support, including calendar management and travel coordination.
  • Serving as a liaison between executives and stakeholders.
  • Supporting internal and external communications.
  • Tracking and managing action items across projects.
  • Preparing for meetings and coordinating logistics for events.
  • Managing special projects and handling sensitive information.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience supporting a senior executive.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Emotional maturity and adaptability.
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance.
