In this role, the Trading Associate will execute trades, generate and evaluate ideas for improving trading decisions, and collaborate with strategists and technologists to enhance processes. • Executing Bridgewater’s desired exposures according to systematic processes.
• Contributing to Bridgewater’s understanding of market microstructure and transaction costs.
• Working with technologists and researchers to construct new investment implementation systems.
• Driving initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of systems.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with liquidity providers and external vendors.
• Overseeing transaction costs and execution outcomes with the analytics team.
