What this role involves: - Developing strategic territory plans for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion.
- Understanding customer business pains and providing solutions.
- Synthesizing complex information for executive decision-making.
- Building relationships with Intercom’s largest customers.
- Engaging in team development and mentoring.
Requirements: - 8+ years of B2B sales experience, including managing existing accounts.
- 5+ years of SaaS experience in strategic selling in the MME segment.
- Strong sales instincts and a track record of exceeding quota.
- Ability to build and maintain deep client relationships.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
