Notion is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to support customers in unlocking the full potential of Notion's product. The consultant will partner with customers and cross-functional teams to understand unique challenges and provide tailored solutions.
The Professional Services Consultant will be responsible for:
- Designing and architecting customer workspaces
- Developing and executing change management and training plans
- Managing professional services engagements
- Leading workspace builds and implementation projects
- Creating and maintaining project documentation
- Providing guidance on workspace architecture
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Skills required:
- 3+ years of experience in technical consulting or implementation
- Strong project management expertise
- Experience in change management
- Excellence in stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience with SaaS platforms
- Proven track record of delivering successful customer implementations
Nice to have:
- Experience with workspace design and information architecture
- Knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies
- Understanding of API integrations and enterprise software systems
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
