Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a passionate and experienced Consulting Field Solutions Architect to join their Analytics & AI team. This role involves providing guidance, enablement, and support for Analytics & AI opportunities across a sales region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of clients' businesses, the value proposition of Pure Storage solutions, and how Pure Storage integrates into high-performance data pipelines.
Role Involves:
- Creating field-facing solutions content (technical walkthroughs, demos, qualification guides).
- Presenting webinars and events with alliance partners, channel partners, and vendors.
- Participating in customer-facing calls, demos, POCs, and EBCs.
- Staying updated on internal product offerings and solutions briefs.
- Providing enablement and support through daily Slack availability.
- Participating in field testing and documenting anecdotal knowledge.
- Partnering with sales leaders for feedback and communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of pre-sales experience in IT.
- Strong technical acumen in the Analytics & AI space.
- Understanding of infrastructure (servers, networking, storage).
- Experience as a technical evangelist with expertise in key technologies.
- Knowledge of the Analytics & AI landscape, including technologies like Splunk, Elastic Search, Kafka, Spark, Snowflake, Vertica, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with G-Suite, CRM, and Salesforce.com.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
