- Managing end-to-end repair processes
- Providing second-level hardware support

- Performing assigned duties
- Minimum of B.Sc./HND
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Technical ability to repair PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck, and Topwise Terminals
- Experience in Agency banking
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Good relationship and emotional intelligence skills
- Self-driven and able to take initiative
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Proficient in English
- Resident in Lagos State
