SurveyMonkey is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join their Product and Lifecycle Marketing team. This role involves leading the execution of integrated campaigns to elevate brand awareness, generate demand, and drive pipeline. What this role involves: - Generating new business and expansion pipeline for the global sales team.
- Leading the development and execution of integrated, full-funnel campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Managing and optimizing a diverse set of channels, including email, webinars, events, content, partners, sponsorship programs, and social media.
- Leading cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams, including Content, Brand, Design, Paid Marketing, and Sales.
- Partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams to optimize conversion rates throughout the funnel.
- Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance to understand how to optimize by channel, tactic, persona, segment, and region.
- Championing a culture of experimentation to improve campaign ROI and drive efficiency gains.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to upskill the team.
Requirements: - 8+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS demand generation.
- Strategic and results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering high-performing campaigns.
- Experience managing multiple channels and workstreams in fast-paced environments.
- Creative and curious approach to testing and learning.
- Strong influencing skills to build alignment across complex organizations.
- Ability to craft persuasive messaging and content for various channels.
- Analytical and data-driven approach using tools like Salesforce and Tableau.
- Experience with martech platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, Goldcast, WordPress, Jira, Tableau, Amplitude, Outreach, and Highspot.
