Job Description
Arizona Liver Health is seeking an Endpoint Operations Technician to provide Tier I and Tier II technical support to staff across all sites. The technician will manage and triage the ticketing system, communicate with users, and document incident statuses. This role involves endpoint support, network infrastructure support, and Active Directory management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Manage and triage the ticketing system.
- Document and update incident statuses.
- Provide endpoint support including testing, imaging, and quality assurance.
- Support network infrastructure including cabling and switch/router installation.
- Perform Active Directory management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least two (2) years of Tier II helpdesk or technical support experience.
- CompTIA A+ certification required.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Must have valid documentation and authorization to work in the U.S.
