Enterprise Data Operations Analyst

Job Description

Schonfeld is seeking a motivated Enterprise Data Operations Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on overseeing invoicing, accounts payable, inventory management, and maintaining contract information. The analyst will manage vendor and market data inquiries, ensuring accurate and prompt invoice processing. Collaboration with the market data team, accounting, finance, and legal departments is crucial.

What This Role Involves:
• Handling daily invoice processing, inventory management, contracts information, and inquiries.
• Managing the invoices mailbox.
• Reviewing, analyzing, and ensuring invoices are accurately reconciled and allocated.
• Resolving invoice disputes and validating invoice services, costs, tax, billing address, and entity accuracy.
• Utilizing TRG Screen Optimize Spend (Inventory Management System [IMS]) for invoice processing and CSV delivery of allocations to the accounting team.
• Updating inventory as needed within the IMS, including vendors, services, contracts, platforms, accounts, and inventory modules.

What You'll Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
