The Client Services Lead role at a company based in Gurugram, India, involves leading a team of analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions for pharmaceutical clients. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or related subjects, with 7-9 years of industry experience in developing data science models and solutions. Strong programming skills in Python/SQL, knowledge of relational SQL and NoSQL databases, and extensive knowledge of predictive and machine learning models are essential. Exposure to open-source tools, cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, and AI tools like LLM models is advantageous.
