G-P, a leading SaaS-based Global Growth Platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic evolution of their global workforce platform. This role will be the bridge between technology and workforce solutions, shaping products that empower businesses to hire, pay, and manage global teams seamlessly.What this role involves:

• Architecting the full product lifecycle for the EOR SaaS product ecosystem.
• Creating and maintaining a dynamic, data-driven product roadmap.
• Understanding customer pain points in global workforce management.
• Driving product decisions through metrics, user feedback, and market insights.
• Facilitating seamless communication across teams.
• Monitoring global EOR market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
• Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
