G-P is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic evolution of their global workforce platform. The Senior Product Manager will be the bridge between technology and workforce solutions, shaping products that empower businesses to hire, pay, and manage global teams.

What this role involves:

  • Architecting the full product lifecycle for the EOR SaaS product ecosystem.
  • Creating and maintaining a dynamic, data-driven product roadmap.
  • Understanding customer pain points in global workforce management.
  • Driving product decisions through metrics, user feedback, and market insights.
  • Facilitating communication across teams.
  • Monitoring global EOR market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience in FinTech, HR Tech, or global workforce platforms is a plus.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling SaaS products.
  • Understanding of international employment ecosystems and payroll technologies is a bonus.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Technical acumen to communicate with engineering teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly.
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Figma).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
