Job Description
Mentimeter is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and usage of its Enterprise solution. The Customer Success Manager will partner with Relationship Managers to ensure customer success with Mentimeter. They will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role involves project management for assigned accounts, supporting onboarding, adoption, and training for new and existing Enterprise customers.Mentimeter believes in a collaborative environment where every team member contributes to the company's success. The company offers a non-commission-based salary model for its sales roles.Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers, driving adoption and usage.
  • Help customers develop onboarding, roll-out, and training strategies.
  • Build relationships with customers and act as a strategic advisor.
  • Increase retention by maximizing the benefits of their investment in Mentimeter.
  • Work on the adoption of purchased licenses.
  • Set and develop a strategy for best-in-class scalable Customer Success.
  • Lead webinars, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Utilize data to derive insights and drive greater client engagement.
  • Act as a bridge between sales, product, and business development.
  • Monitor usage proactively and contact clients upon low usage.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience leading international projects.
  • Passion for building strong relationships.
  • Experience from international work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in data & statistics.
  • Professional level English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
