Job Description
Mentimeter is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive revenue growth within the education segment in APAC. This role involves expanding existing customer relationships, focusing on renewals and up-sales, and serving as a trusted advisor. The Relationship Manager will play a critical role in supporting Mentimeter's business development within the education sector.Responsibilities include:
  • Full commercial ownership of Education accounts
  • Building long-term, strategic relationships with customers in APAC
  • Driving revenue growth through pipeline management
  • Managing renewals and preventing churn
  • Assessing business opportunities using data
  • Developing a scalable customer expansion strategy
  • Collaborating with Customer Success Managers and other sales roles
  • Serving as the voice of the customer to marketing and product teams
Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of experience in customer success, relationship management, or account management
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data for decision-making
  • Passion for building long-term relationships and driving commercial initiatives
  • Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions
  • Strong negotiation, pipeline, and forecasting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
  • Professional-level English proficiency
  • Permitted to work permanently in Australia
