Job Description
Mentimeter is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive revenue growth within the education segment in APAC. This role involves expanding existing customer relationships, focusing on renewals and up-sales, and serving as a trusted advisor. The Relationship Manager will play a critical role in supporting Mentimeter's business development within the education sector.Responsibilities include:
- Full commercial ownership of Education accounts
- Building long-term, strategic relationships with customers in APAC
- Driving revenue growth through pipeline management
- Managing renewals and preventing churn
- Assessing business opportunities using data
- Developing a scalable customer expansion strategy
- Collaborating with Customer Success Managers and other sales roles
- Serving as the voice of the customer to marketing and product teams
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in customer success, relationship management, or account management
- Ability to assess business opportunities and use data for decision-making
- Passion for building long-term relationships and driving commercial initiatives
- Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions
- Strong negotiation, pipeline, and forecasting skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
- Professional-level English proficiency
- Permitted to work permanently in Australia
