Mentimeter is seeking a Sales Director to lead customer acquisition efforts in the APAC region, based in Sydney. This role involves crafting and executing sales strategies, leading high-performing teams, and collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success to achieve sales targets. The Sales Director will optimize sales processes, contribute to overall business strategy, and develop their team.   • Developing and implementing sales strategies for customer acquisition in APAC.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team.
  • Overseeing the sales management team's development and performance.
  • Managing the recruitment and staffing process for the sales team.
  • Developing and implementing sales training programs.
  • Continuously improving the sales process and methodology.
  • Creating, tracking, and achieving the annual sales budget.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with marketing, customer success, and product teams.
  • Analyzing market trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience leading leaders.
  • Deep knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Experience selling B2B software solutions into SaaS or similar markets.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with KPIs and OKRs.
  • Comfortable working with data for decision-making.
  • Strong customer/stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
