Notion is seeking a Renewals Manager, EMEA, to join their Sales organization in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves managing relationships with W2W customers in the EMEA region, focusing on retaining their existing paid footprint and ensuring their long-term success. The Renewals Manager will be a founding member of the Relationship Management Team and will serve as the first point of contact for customer needs, providing key learnings to leadership. They will also collaborate with the CSM team to identify at-risk accounts and develop strategies to mitigate risk and secure renewals.

Role involves:
  • Managing relationships with EMEA accounts.
  • Retaining existing paid footprint.
  • Ensuring long-term customer success.
  • Forecasting revenue for the territory.
  • Identifying at-risk accounts.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in account management/renewal management.
  • Ability to think systematically and operationally.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
