Job Description
Notion is seeking a Renewals Manager, EMEA to join their Sales organization in Dublin, Ireland. This role is a founding member of the Relationship Management Team and will be the first point of contact for customer needs, focusing on retaining existing paid footprint and ensuring long-term success with decision-makers. The Renewals Manager will work closely with cross-functional partners to forecast revenue, identify at-risk accounts, and develop retention strategies.

What this role involves:
  • Being the first point of contact for customer needs.
  • Forecasting a healthy and predictable revenue business.
  • Working with the product team to inform future development.
  • Collaborating with the CSM team to mitigate risks and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management/renewal management.
  • Ability to think systematically and operationally.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
