Eucalyptus is seeking a Product Growth Lead to spearhead growth initiatives for its most established brand. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the customer journey, from initial conversion to long-term retention. They will be responsible for optimizing landing pages, analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data, driving activation, and collaborating closely with media buyers and lifecycle marketers to design and implement growth experiments. Eucalyptus is looking for someone with a proven track record of full-funnel marketing successes, a knack for hypothesis-driven experimentation, and the ability to translate raw data into actionable business decisions.Role involves:
- Owning the end-to-end experimentation engine.
- Building and leading a dedicated Growth Engineering team.
- Analyzing data to fuel personalized messaging and offers.
- Establishing a disciplined “build-measure-learn” framework.
- Designing and executing lifecycle programs to increase patient retention.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in high-velocity consumer or product-led businesses.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis.
- Creative full-funnel thinking.
- Experience in building and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bias for action and ability to launch MVPs quickly.
