Job Description
Eucalyptus is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to build and lead the Japan Talent team, supporting hiring managers across various functions in their Tokyo office. This role involves leading end-to-end recruitment processes, developing talent strategies, and aligning the Talent function with business priorities. The Talent Acquisition Lead will play a critical role in helping to inform and execute company's Global Talent Strategy, as well as coach others to embrace technology to improve quality, velocity and cost in recruitment.
- Leading end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Developing talent strategies and workflows.

- Aligning the Talent function with business priorities.
- At least 7 years of experience in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment.
- Experience in agency recruitment or a sales-driven environment.
- Experience building and leading teams.
- Strong communication skills in English and Japanese.
