Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Eucalyptus is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their UK team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the design function in a high-growth market. The Senior Product Designer will be the first design hire on the UK team and will have real ownership and a broad remit.

The role involves leading design for the UK-focused product squad, working across discovery, experimentation, and iterative product development on the company's app and internal tooling. The Senior Product Designer will play a foundational part in creating transformative patient experiences that are simple, evidence-led, and deliver tangible health outcomes.

The Senior Product Designer will also help define how Eucalyptus embeds design into its ways of working in the UK, from research and tooling to collaboration and feedback.

What this role involves:
