Job Description

Eucalyptus is seeking a Product Manager to contribute to the next generation of digital healthcare experiences. The company is focused on preventive healthcare and is rapidly expanding its reach, particularly in the UK market. The Product Manager will work within the UK Product and Engineering function, focusing on high-priority initiatives for the UK market.

The role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, growth, operations, and clinical teams to deliver patient-first features. The Product Manager will help define what the company builds and how success is measured, impacting how patients experience healthcare.

In this role, the Product Manager will:

Work with the global Product and Engineering function to define and build features that improve patient experiences and outcomes
Use data to inform decision-making – identifying opportunities to solve real patient needs, prioritising features, and measuring the impact of your work
Work hand-in-hand with Product Design to create experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and deeply valued by patients
Contribute to rapid experimentation, using insights to iterate and improve the patient experience
Develop a deep understanding of patient needs and the broader healthcare landscape to help guide product direction

Requirements:

Product Management Experience (3+ years): Experience in a high-growth technology company.
Results-Oriented Builder: A track record of shipping products that users love.
Data-driven Decision Making: Experience establishing product metrics and using quantitative insights.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to simplify complex ideas and clearly articulate them to different stakeholders.
