Job Description
WPP is seeking an Analyst - Accounts Payable to join their team in Mumbai, India. WPP is a creative transformation company that uses the power of creativity to build better futures for its people, planet, clients, and communities. The Analyst will be responsible for preparation of payment runs, sending remittance advice, and liaising with the Treasury team.
Role involves:
- Preparation of payment runs for vendors
- Sending remittance advice to vendors
- Liaising with the Treasury team
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing
- Assisting with Internal and External Client Audits
- Checking payment runs
- Processing and checking expense claims
Requirements:
- BCom degree in Finance, Accounting or MBA in Finance
- Minimum 3-5 years experience into P2P process
- Knowledge of P2P methods, principles, and practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Proficiency in English
- Organizational and time-management skills
