Job Description
Mejuri is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for their Flatiron, New York location. The Assistant Store Manager will be a charismatic leader with exceptional service and sales acumen, reporting to the District Manager. They will drive the growth and awareness of Mejuri in their store and market. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leading teams and building motivation, creating an environment that demonstrates the Mejuri values.

Role involves:
  • Driving revenue and exceeding targets.
  • Managing store spend and minimizing costs.
  • Supporting the store team in setting and achieving KPI goals.
  • Mitigating risk within the store.
  • Ensuring the right people are in the right positions.
  • Building healthy relationships with the team.
  • Leading by example in customer experience.
  • Identifying opportunities for marketing initiatives.
  • Providing day-to-day support to the store team.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a high-volume retail store.
  • Understanding of the local market.
  • Financial management experience.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated understanding of service excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Deep local knowledge and awareness of retail trends.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
