Mejuri, a fine jewelry brand, is seeking a Floor Lead to join their store leadership team in Flatiron, New York. The Floor Lead will contribute to the overall success of the store by championing customer service, coaching the team, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities:

• Enable memorable customer experiences.
• Execute selling programs and maintain product knowledge.
• Achieve KPIs and drive sales through clienteling.
• Support operational workflows and maintain store standards.
• Partner with the Visual Lead to optimize visual merchandising.

Requirements:

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Adaptability and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
