Job Description
HomeLight, a real estate technology platform, is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Operations Associate to join their marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist with project management and the creation of email, SMS, and push notification campaigns across lender, agent, and consumer verticals. This role involves executing acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and rewards programs, collaborating with stakeholders to implement high-visibility campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Intake and build campaigns in email platforms, including creating/updating HTML email templates and audience segments.
- Analyze, report on, and optimize email and SMS campaigns via A/B testing.
- Maintain lifecycle channel and attribution integrity; monitor email preferences and channel health.
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of experience in B2B, engagement, retention, or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience using ESP and CRM platforms (Iterable, HubSpot, SendGrid, etc.).
- Experience building, testing, and scaling new campaigns for different segments.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Must be able to work on US Pacific hours, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
