Job Description

Chemaxon is seeking a Licensing and Process Operations Coordinator to manage the end-to-end license issuance process based on commercial quotes. The coordinator will ensure accurate and timely license issuance, aligning with contractual terms and internal policies, while also contributing to process improvement. The role involves providing guidance to Sales and relevant teams on structuring deals for efficient licensing administration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing sales quotes and agreements to determine licensing requirements.
  • Issuing licenses in internal systems based on validated quotes.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for internal licensing questions.
  • Maintaining and improving documentation and workflows.
  • Ensuring alignment with internal policies and licensing frameworks.
  • Monitoring license usage and assisting with internal audits.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align license issuance practices.
  • Supporting automation and tooling improvements.
  • Tracking key operational metrics and providing insights to leadership.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Ability to interpret commercial quotes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM or licensing systems.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS and software licensing models.
  • Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
