Moniepoint, a rapidly growing financial services platform in Africa, is seeking a Product Manager. This role involves bridging the gap between engineering capabilities and core business objectives, ensuring the successful implementation of customer-centric products.Responsibilities include:
- Business Development: Driving objectives, managing partner relationships, and handling communication.
- User Discovery: Conducting research, identifying opportunities, and presenting findings.
- Usability Testing: Designing and executing tests, analyzing results.
- Product Design: Developing wireframes and coordinating design efforts.
- Product Development: Defining requirements and performing quality assurance.
- Product Analytics: Monitoring KPIs, gathering feedback, and generating insights.
- Other: Improving monitoring, addressing issues, and collaborating on marketing campaigns.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or banking.
- Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
