Job Description
Teads, now Teads Outbrain Inc., seeks a client-obsessed Account Manager to join their Tokyo team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of performance-led campaigns in Japan. The Account Manager will be the primary contact for key advertisers, managing campaign lifecycles, optimizing performance, and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing the operational setup and delivery of digital campaigns.
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance in real-time.
  • Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with technical teams.
  • Delivering campaign insights and optimization strategies.
  • Building strong client relationships through regular reviews and proactive support.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling Teads products.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Delivering clear reports on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Leveraging data to uncover trends and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign operations.
  • Solid understanding of digital performance marketing.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills.
  • Commercially savvy with a hunter mindset.
  • Fluent-level Japanese with business-level English.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
