Job Description
Teads, now Teads Outbrain Inc., seeks a client-obsessed Account Manager to join their Tokyo team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of performance-led campaigns in Japan. The Account Manager will be the primary contact for key advertisers, managing campaign lifecycles, optimizing performance, and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the operational setup and delivery of digital campaigns.
- Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance in real-time.
- Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with technical teams.
- Delivering campaign insights and optimization strategies.
- Building strong client relationships through regular reviews and proactive support.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling Teads products.
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service.
- Delivering clear reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- Leveraging data to uncover trends and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign operations.
- Solid understanding of digital performance marketing.
- Strong client-facing communication skills.
- Commercially savvy with a hunter mindset.
- Fluent-level Japanese with business-level English.
- Detail-oriented and analytical.
