Job Description
Vimeo is seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales Compensation Operations to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of its global sales compensation operations. This role ensures commission programs are implemented accurately, administered efficiently, and compliant with requirements. The Sr. Manager will oversee the full commission lifecycle, including plan implementation, modeling payout scenarios, tracking attainment, and managing audit readiness. They will drive the roadmap, define system requirements, and manage cross-functional execution.
Role involves:
- Leading the execution of new compensation plans.
- Defining system and process requirements.
- Building models to evaluate plan effectiveness.
- Managing annual and in-year quota assignments.
- Ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and internal audit policies.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in sales compensation, finance, or revenue operations within a SaaS company.
- Experience managing a global sales compensation operations program.
- Strong modeling and analysis skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with CaptivateIQ and Salesforce.
- Understanding of SaaS compensation structures.
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 and audit/compliance best practices.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
