Job Description
Industrious is seeking a Regional Facilities Coordinator to ensure a sense of belonging within their spaces. This role involves overseeing approximately 30 locations across the West Coast market, with additional remote support for the Boston market. The position requires daily site visits within Los Angeles and occasional travel to other regions. Responsibilities: - Manage the lifecycle of repair and maintenance requests.
- Communicate work orders to technicians and assist in resolving problems.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Provide reports on work orders and check status with vendors.
- Respond quickly to emergencies and have a proactive approach to work orders.
- Ensure accuracy on admin work submitted by vendors.
- Train and coach others on process and procedures.
- Support team and individual facilities initiatives.
- Communicate and/or escalate issues as needed to the manager.
- Maintain files on tracking tools, checklists, SOPs, and department files.
- Support the onboarding of new locations.
- Support and set up location general preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure file management is in accordance with department standards.
Requirements: - 2 - 5 Years of work experience in facilities and business operations
- Foundational understanding of or exposure to facilities
- Reliable self-starter who has the ability to work independently
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to connect well with people; warm and approachable
- Enjoys continuous change and improvement
- Experience in Google Drive/Dropbox file management
- Experience in Google Sheets/Excel to promote data integrity
