Job Description
dbt Labs is seeking a Business Systems Engineer to join their Revenue Operations team. This role is crucial in supporting the company's fast-growing Go to Market organization by ensuring they have the necessary data. The successful candidate will collaborate with talented individuals across various cross-functional teams and will be instrumental in developing and managing important business systems integrations.Role involves:
  • Working on Salesforce.com development and maintenance (Sales Cloud).
  • Maintaining and developing integrations across different business tooling.
  • Working with business users and key stakeholders to define business problems, identify key requirements, and implement technical solutions.
  • Developing, implementing, and delivering best practice business processes and solutions.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to get system and application issues addressed, root causes identified and remediated.
Requirements:
  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a comparable major.
  • 2+ years Salesforce experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced APEX / VF development with a healthy understanding of unit testing best practices.
  • Zendesk Admin/Developer experience.
  • Experience configuring business integrations.
