  • Creating and developing Notion’s Sales Development strategy
  • Partnering with regional leaders to plan territory mapping and pipeline development
  • Building teams by attracting, hiring, and developing SDRs
  • Enabling the team to prospect and qualify sales pipeline
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams
  • Helping build the foundations of Sales at Notion
