Job Description
Lightspeed is seeking a Performance & Enablement Manager to enhance sales effectiveness within their North American Retail GTM organization. This role is pivotal in bridging sales strategy, coaching, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will improve rep productivity, support sales manager development, and drive the adoption of scalable sales practices. They will collaborate with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and the People & Culture team to identify performance gaps and implement targeted enablement solutions.
Role involves:
- Developing and executing enablement programs for sales reps and managers.
- Providing tools and support for effective sales manager coaching.
- Analyzing data insights to inform sales performance decisions.
- Maintaining Salesforce dashboards and spreadsheets to track performance.
- Managing the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process.
- Supporting the rollout of sales training and best practices.
- Maintaining sales enablement materials.
- Collaborating with various teams to align initiatives.
- Championing a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales roles.
- Strong understanding of the GTM environment, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and performance dashboarding tools.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Proven success in supporting front-line managers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
