Job Description
Airtable is seeking a Renewals Associate to join their Sales team in Austin, TX. In this role, the Renewals Associate will be responsible for owning, driving, and leading the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships. They will actively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments. The Renewals Associate will also maintain and report an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals in their territory and negotiate and execute renewal contracts that align to customer goals. This role involves:
- Owning, driving, and leading the renewals process
- Building foundational processes and playbooks
- Engaging with key decision-makers
- Maintaining and reporting an accurate forecast
- Negotiating and executing renewal contracts
- Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Requirements for this role include:
- 2+ years of quota-carrying Post-Sales / Customer Success / Account Management experience
- Strong negotiation skills

- Ability and eagerness to grow business strategically

- Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications
