Job Description
Workleap is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage the full recruitment cycle for key roles, particularly within software development, product, marketing, and design teams. The advisor will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, supporting them through every step of the process to identify, attract, and assess top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
- Develop and deploy proactive sourcing strategies.
- Lead the entire recruitment cycle.
- Provide a smooth, professional candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment data to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment tools and processes.
- Be accountable for the quality of hires.
- Collaborate on projects to improve candidate experience and recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, including tech roles.
- A background that combines both agency and in-house recruiting experience.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of software development roles.
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers at various seniority levels.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse or equivalent).
- Comfortable working in both French and English.
- Curiosity and practical experience using AI tools.
