Job Description
Workleap is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage the full recruitment cycle for key roles, particularly within software development, product, marketing, and design teams. The advisor will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, supporting them through every step of the process to identify, attract, and assess top talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
  • Develop and deploy proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Lead the entire recruitment cycle.
  • Provide a smooth, professional candidate experience.
  • Analyze recruitment data to improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with internal teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment tools and processes.
  • Be accountable for the quality of hires.
  • Collaborate on projects to improve candidate experience and recruitment process.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, including tech roles.
  • A background that combines both agency and in-house recruiting experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of software development roles.
  • Experience collaborating with hiring managers at various seniority levels.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse or equivalent).
  • Comfortable working in both French and English.
  • Curiosity and practical experience using AI tools.
