Job Description
Scale is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the implementation of a Large Language Model (LLM) Chatbot solution on government networks. This role involves strategic leadership, ensuring alignment with agency objectives, and adhering to security mandates. The Product Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of the chatbot program, including stakeholder engagement, project scope definition, and budget management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of AI technologies and experience in managing complex projects within a government setting.

Role Involves:
  • Leading the implementation of LLM Chatbot solutions.
  • Ensuring alignment with agency objectives.
  • Overseeing the entire lifecycle of the chatbot program.
  • Stakeholder engagement with government entities.
  • Defining and managing project scope.
  • Developing detailed project plans.
  • Overseeing resource allocation and budget management.

Requirements:
  • Top Secret SCI security clearance.
  • Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in building ML-powered products.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI technologies.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Prior Military or Government Experience.
  • Some coding experience (Python).
