Job Description
Smartsheet, a company that provides work management and automation solutions, is seeking a Customer Success Renewal Specialist. This role is based in San José, Costa Rica, and reports to the Manager of Renewal Management. The role offers flexibility to work remotely but requires occasional office presence for training and business needs.
The role involves:
- Preparing and delivering high-volume renewals.
- Negotiating renewals with customers, including pricing and service terms.
- Aligning customer business needs and goals to generate renewal quotes.
- Collaborating with Sales and Customer Success Managers on renewal strategies.
- Ensuring timely closure of renewals.
- Maintaining data quality in the CRM tool.
- Identifying and resolving issues impacting renewals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience, with familiarity in SaaS renewal motions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
- Experience working through pre-set processes and improving them.
- Strong sense of urgency and efficiency.
- Negotiation skills with experience driving contracts to completion.
- Experience analyzing complex problems and developing solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Strong command of English (C1+ and above).
