Job Description
Betsson is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join their team in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of infrastructure technologies, both on-prem and in the cloud, and will work closely with fellow Systems and DevOps Engineers to build and support corporate services, while continuously improving best practices for technical operations. The Systems Engineer will connect the dots across various business needs in multiple locations, identifying the best approaches and solutions to ensure services are professionally supported while remaining cost-effective.
- Maintain and develop Corporate Infrastructure supporting Betsson’s business requirements.
- Maintain and develop documentation and knowledge sharing in through online tools.
- Take ownership of systems and service monitoring.
- Focus on implementing continual improvement.
- Provide technical expertise to enable the correct application of operational procedures.
- Contributes to architecting technical solutions to meet Betsson’s dynamic business requirements.
- Contributes to the planning and implementation of maintenance and installation work.
- Identifies operational problems and contributes to their resolution.
- Administration and handling of Betsson’s Cloud and On-Prem Infrastructure, Corporate Services such as Active Directory and Office 365, amongst others.
- Uses standard procedures and tools to carry out defined system backups, restoring data where necessary.
- First point of contact for IT support, infrastructure projects, local management and vendors/supplier coordination.
- Maintenance responsibility of all IT equipment in the office.
- Be expected to work on call and/or on shifts as per business requirements.
- Experience on traditional infrastructure On-Prem, including servers and storage components.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMWare / Hyper-V), monitoring technologies and tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365 services and SCCM.
- Experience on MS SQL (Or Similar).
- Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Sharepoint
- Experience managing Microsoft Azure and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Skilled in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions: Intune, SCCM and Kandji.
- Knowledge of procedures and tools to carry out defined system and data backups and restores.
- Service mindset.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
