Teachable is seeking a Content Strategy Lead to join its Brand & Content team. This role is responsible for defining and executing the content strategy across various channels to enhance brand awareness, drive organic growth, and boost creator engagement. The Content Strategy Lead will shape the strategy for the blog, newsletter, social media, and video content, ensuring alignment with the brand story and community needs.

The role involves managing a content team, overseeing content development, optimizing content production workflows, driving growth across social channels, and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy and/or content marketing.
  • Experience leading or managing a team of content creators and social media professionals.
  • Strong portfolio of multi-channel content work.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable content plans.
  • Excellent writing, editing, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Highly capable of managing a content calendar, prioritizing projects, and giving feedback.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Passion for helping creators, entrepreneurs, and small business owners grow their impact.
