Associate Systems Engineer, Identity and Access Management

Rockstar Games is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer, Identity and Access Management, to join their team in Andover, MA. The ideal candidate will be passionate about IT and Security and will work within an inclusive and highly-motivated environment.Rockstar Games delivers global IT systems infrastructure to the development teams and maintains its infrastructure to the highest standard. The company constantly reviews its processes with the aim of automating wherever possible.Responsibilities:

• Managing user identities, roles, and access permissions across platforms.
• Support onboarding/offboarding automation and access reviews.
• Help implement MFA, SSO, and other authentication technologies.
• Document IAM processes and contribute to policy development.
• Perform detailed technical research and testing.
• Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• Administration of SaaS and on-premise applications, including Exchange, Office 365 and Zoom.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in the IT industry.
• Industry qualifications such as Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate, 365 or Azure qualifications, Okta OCP are advantageous but not essential.
